When dealing with ATOS and similar, always ask for your assessors full name , gmc number.

Always make sure you take private civil action in court against anything they do wrong even the slightest error. and report them to the medical watchdogs CQC , PSA. Do this against the company as a whole and your assessor get their name and report them so they lose their medical license. We all need to start doing this so ATOS/others is repeatedly sued and reported to watchdogs they will go into financial oblivion.

Their assessors will start losing their medical status and never be allowed to work again in the medical field. People will then avoid working for them as its too risky to their career.
Example 1 When atos use a the wrong type of doctor to assess you :
Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014: Regulation 19
The intention of this regulation is to make sure that providers only employ 'fit and proper' staff who are able to provide care and treatment appropriate to their role and to enable them to provide the regulated activity. To meet this regulation, providers must operate robust recruitment procedures, including undertaking any relevant checks. They must have a procedure for ongoing monitoring of staff to make sure they remain able to meet the requirements, and they must have appropriate arrangements in place to deal with staff who are no longer fit to carry out the duties required of them.
Employing unfit people, or continuing to allow unfit people to stay in a role, may lead CQC to question the fitness of a provider.

Example 2 if an atos assessor lies on your report:
Gmc communicating information
71. You must be honest and trustworthy when writing reports, and when completing or signing forms, reports and other documents.16 You must make sure that any documents you write or sign are not false or misleading.
a. You must take reasonable steps to check the information is correct.
b. You must not deliberately leave out relevant information.
An example report you file would go something like this:
On a medical assessment at [insert address] on [insert date and time] the health care provider Atos. Assessed myself using a physiotherapist named [insert assessors name] [insert gmc number] a physiotherapist is not qualified to assess my condition [insert condition name] therefore this is a breach of:
Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014: Regulation 19
An other example report you file would go something like this:
On a medical assessment at [insert address] on [insert date and time] the health care provider Atos. Assessed myself using a [insert type of doctor] named [insert assessors name] [insert gmc number]
The assessor submitted a false/misleading report to the dwp as it says [insert what they lied about] and my own GP [insert name] has evidence of the contrary. See attached medical report. This is a breach of
Gmc communications guidelines quoted below:
