Tory Election Fraud 9 months on. By Ed Clarke

In May of last year, social media went crazy with rumours of possible fraud on an industrial scale during the 2015 general election.

The allegations centred around the Conservative party .
They were alleged in no less than 29 constituencies to have broken local election spending limits by having activists bussed in from around the country to help with the campaigning in the constituencies concerned and then staying in the local area.

The expenses were covered by national campaigning funds, and the allegations are that it should have come from the local budgets. If the bus, the activists and the hotels had been paid for from local budgets it would have put these constituency MPs over their spending limits and not declaring the perceived overspends opened them to allegations of fraud .

All of the 29 constituencies concerned were in marginal seats and this extra spending is said to have had a direct consequence on the outcome of the election.

It gave the Conservatives 29 seats they may not have won if they had not spent the extra money which had been “wrongfully” declared.

Police forces across the country were inundated with allegations of electoral fraud with regards to breaching local spending limits, for the cost of the battle bus being attributed to the national campaign budget instead of to the local budgets.

All of these MPs are tories.

The revelation of these allegations by The Daily Mirror and Channel 4 news led to mass twitterstorms as there was a perceived lack of coverage in the mainstream news. If these allegations are true this is a bigger scandal than the 2009 MPs expenses scandal that rocked the House of Commons.

If Tory Election Fraud is proved to have happened it shows that the tories have absolutely no regard for democratic process.

Electoral Fraud is an offence under The Representation of the People Act 1983, and if these MPs are found guilty of said offences, they can be sentenced to an unlimited fine, up to 1 years imprisonment and being barred from public office for 5 years.

The election fraud investigations are still ongoing, however they are due to conclude within the next month or by May 9th .

We urge you to email the police forces concerned to demand the results of their enquiries .

There have been no press releases made yet , why not ?

If these allegations are true the tories have attempted to subvert democracy, they need to be held to account over this.

These allegations bring into question the entire legitimacy of the government and all the policies since enacted into law.
